Physically Stimulating

Ice Skating

Bust out the jackets, gloves, and long socks and slide like some sort of graceful winter-swan out onto the ice.

Keeping up your Old Mate's physical capabilities is important for their physical health, in avoiding injury, and in improving their mental health, too.

Ice Skating is a relatively low-impact (barring falls) way to stay fit and is super fun.

Your chances of finding an ice-skating rink are likely to be proportionate with the size of the town you're in / where in the world you are. So, if you're in a rural town in a hot country, this activity might not be possible.

If you or your Old Mate want to juice your physical capabilities before attempting this one, then check out the Set a Training Goal or Gym and Fitness Group activities.

Important

· As a highly physical activity with a considerable level of potential injury, we recommend your Old Mate consult their GP before ice skating.
