Everybody gets an Old Mate!

It's not hard to do the math - the more people who take the #OLDMATE pledge, the more we can improve the mental health of Old Mates everywhere. So why not encourage your mates and family to take part?

One of the easiest ways to encourage people and to show them what #OLDMATE is all about is to post to social media when you and your Old Mate are hanging out. Oh, and don't forget the hashtag #OLDMATE!

Otherwise, just telling them directly to sign up is another effective option.

If your mates are a little hesitant, you could always get them to hang out with you and your Old Mate so you can show them how easy and fun it can be.
